近日，我院留意到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上出現(xiàn)多個由廈門泰東方相關(guān)人員自導(dǎo)自演的營銷號，通過“避雷”、“考察總結(jié)經(jīng)驗分享”、“泰國試管避坑秘籍”、“試管翻譯變臉”等標題內(nèi)容，對我院的主體資質(zhì)、地理位置、專業(yè)服務(wù)作出惡意詆毀、拉踩營銷等不正當競爭行為，給公眾造成誤導(dǎo)，影響惡劣。

      我院在此鄭重聲明予以澄清：泰國DHC醫(yī)院已針對泰東方相關(guān)人員蓄意編造不實信息、惡意詆毀商譽、系統(tǒng)性非法引流客戶至其關(guān)聯(lián)方泰國LRC的惡劣行徑，已啟動全面法律追責程序！

      我院嚴正重申：網(wǎng)絡(luò)非法外之地，任何踐踏法律紅線、破壞市場秩序的行徑，侵害消費者權(quán)益的卑劣行徑，必將付出沉重代價！

Official Statement of Clarification

   Regarding False, Malicious Defamation and Unfair Competition by Xiamen Thaiorient Personnel Targeting Deep&Harmornicare IVF Center

Recently, Deep&Harmornicare IVF Center has observed the emergence of multiple online marketing accounts operated by individuals associated with Xiamen Thaiorient. These accounts have published content under headings such as "Warnings," "Experience and Investigation Summaries," "Thai IVF Pitfall Avoidance Guide," and "IVF Translator's Changing Attitude," among others. Such content has deliberately misrepresented our center’s credentials, location, and professional services through malicious disparagement and unfair competitive practices. These actions have misled the public and caused significant reputational damage.

   We hereby solemnly clarify that Deep&Harmornicare IVF Center has formally initiated comprehensive legal proceedings in response to the serious misconduct by Xiamen Thaiorient personnel. These actions include the intentional fabrication and dissemination of false information, malicious attacks on our reputation, and the systematic, unlawful diversion of clients to their affiliate, Leading Reproductive Center (LRC). 

   Deep&Harmornicare IVF Center reiterates in the strongest terms: Cyberspace is not beyond the reach of law. Any conduct that crosses legal boundaries, undermines fair market order, or infringes upon the rights and interests of consumers will be met with rigorous legal consequences.
